Cold Noodles (serves 2)
2 stalks green onions
8 oz dry canton noodles
2 oz Japanese tsuyu sauce
Wash and chop green onions. Add chopped onions to Japanese tsuyu sauce in a small bowl. Cook dry canton noodles according to the instructions on the side of the box. Rinse noodles in cold water. Serve Chilled.
